Neighbourhood Noise
Sat 8 Mar | 1:30 pm - 6pm

Neighbourhood Noise is an open invitation for the community to experience live music and experimental arts programming by Arts Merri-bek partners Next Wave, the Counihan Gallery and Composite.

This playful activation of local arts spaces will encourage the community to actively participate in hands-on visual art and music-making workshops and hear from local and visiting artists about their connection to culture through story, art making, and song.

Alongside the below events at Brunswick Mechanics Institute and the Counihan Gallery, Radio Composite @ BMI will transform the Brunswick Mechanics Institute into a vibrant, live broadcasting hub for a day of experimental audio, music, and conversation that weaves together the diverse creative energy generated by the Brunswick Music Festival. Designed to amplify the voices, stories, and sounds of the Merri-bek community, Radio Composite @ BMI will offer an immersive auditory experience for both live and remote audiences.
