Introducing MzRizk: Our New Programmer for Brunswick Music Festival and Coburg Night Market
We’re thrilled to announce that MzRizk (Dan Rizk), a renowned DJ, curator, cultural producer and long-time BMF contributor, is stepping into the role of Programmer for both Brunswick Music Festival and Coburg Night Market.
MzRizk’s relationship with BMF spans multiple years, whether behind the decks as a performer or producing events like last year’s Golden Threads. She’s brought her trademark energy, care and community spirit to every project, making her the perfect choice to lead both programs.
With a global CV that includes Glastonbury, WOMADelaide, SOLE DXB and collaborations with music icons like Chaka Khan and Nile Rodgers, MzRizk’s work is rooted in connection, cultural celebration and sonic storytelling.
Her vision for BMF 2026? A vibrant, inclusive program that reflects the cultural richness of the area while amplifying underrepresented voices.
Stay tuned - this one’s going to sound good.
